About Isa

- Elder Wisdom -

"In this country many say I don't want anything to do with politics. Well you deal with politics every day. You deal with workplace politics. You get angry about what the city/county/state/federal government does.

"You have a voice in what your church does or doesn't do which is politics. You impose rules on your children which is politics. You take your business elsewhere because the price isn't right or the store treated you badly. That also is politics. You and your mate decide what to spend and where, that really is politics. Even deciding who's house your going to eat the thanksgiving turkey or Christmas dinner at is politics. Any time you interact with other human beings that is politics so deciding what you want done, who you trust to get it done and so on with your vote is just another form of politics. Don't vote for a party because your parents did.Don't vote for aparty that makes promises and then never gets around to doing anything about them. DO NOT vote for the lesser evil, evil is evil no matter what you label it. Now what was that you were saying about not wanting to discuss politics?"
